Shipping & Returns


Please remember we make to order - we don't keep stock. When we receive your order we will schedule the manufacture of your item(s) and get it/them dispatched within 10 working days unless otherwise stated.

In the UK, we send all items by Fedex tracked service. Please allow 2 to 3 working days from date of dispatch to delivery. If you haven't received the item(s) by then, please contact us as the item(s) may have gotten lost in the post.

You will receive a dispatch notification when we send your item(s) so you know delivery is imminent, and we will provide you with a tracking number so you can check where your consignment is.

Overseas customers please allow 10 working days from date of dispatch notification, to delivery. This gives us time to manufacture your cover and 10 days to get it to you. If you live in the EU you will typically receive your cover well within that time. All overseas orders are sent by Fedex International Tracked Service and take an average of 10 days from dispatch to arrival.



Where an item(s) is returned as a result of a manufacturing error, we will refund the costs of the return. All other items returned for whatever reason, the return carriage charge will be for the account of the returnee.

All our covers carry a 30 day money-back guarantee provided they are returned unused and 100% in the same condition in which they were received.
